How much is shipping?
It is our goal to deliver your order to you in the quickest and most cost-effective manner possible. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping options and pricing.
International Shipping
We ship globally. Delivery times and fees will depend on the destination country and local customs policies. Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance and might subject to customs fees depending on the carrier that will be used that is available on your country destination. How do I know if my order has shipped and how do I track it?
Generally, an email with a shipping confirmation is sent to our customers. If you don’t receive an email from us you can contact our customer service department at contact@nutriva.com. Please allow for 24-48 hours processing time during regular business hours.
What are my shipping options?
United States:
Standard shipping (24-48 hours processing time*, 5-7 days to deliver): $5.95
2-3 Day Express US: $24.95.
Orders placed by 12pm Eastern (Monday – Thursday) will ship out same day. Orders placed after 12pm Eastern (Monday – Thursday) will ship out following business day. Orders placed before 12pm Eastern on Fridays will ship following Monday, and orders placed after 12pm Eastern on Fridays will ship out Tuesday of the following week.*
Canada:
Standard shipping (24-48 hours processing time*, 10-14 business days to ship): $24.95**
**IMPORTANT: This does not include duties and taxes charged by the country of Canada.
*Please note orders placed on Friday (except Next Day Air), Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed within 24 – 48 business hours.
